Hale Holdings Group is a Texas Limited Liability Company owned and operated by the Hale Family. Our primary focus is to bring together the combined resources and skills of John, Bill and Joseph Hale to invest in attractive opportunities where our direct involvement will add value to the enterprise. Formed in 2005, Hale Holdings manages a portfolio of investments for the Hale Family. It manages investments in public and private securities in a range of industries. We are currently seeking private equity investment opportunities and will consider acting as the sole investor or working jointly with other private equity investors.
