ZJM seeks to invest in sound businesses with the potential to turn into great businesses. ZJM partners with other investors that share our vision for the company. ZJM is active on the financial management side, managing lender and investor relationships and leading M&A initiatives. However, we do not believe that it is effective to meddle in day-to-day decision making. Instead, we firmly believe in giving management the responsibility and empowerment to execute against the developed plans.
